Haz and Hinkle are probably supported by a LaRouchite group (is that itself an op?), but are they funded by some elites to tarnish communism with conservatism? Fair enough. I’m of the opinion that it “feels” like an op, but I agree that without concrete evidence it is just speculation.
The fact that these nobodies with their completely incoherent and contradictory ideology is getting major press does point to something going on. Though whether it is deliberate obfuscation of socialist ideas or is just the media wanting a story that will generate ad revenue is still up in the air.
How so? Capitalism has a long history of co-opting socialist ideas and associating them with right wing extremists.
