Many, many people don’t know how or where to begin to understand truth/reality vs. misinformation/propaganda. It hurts the brain. I personally recommend that people detach from news either from TV or online. Focus on your personal “bubble”. Worry about things directly effecting your life or your loved ones. If something in the world is so tremendously important… you’ll hear about it. Otherwise, Fuck everything else going on.
