Had esketamine a while ago for depression (supposedly like ketamine but less so) and want an experience like that again. I don’t have a plug so my options are more limited. Is DXM similar enough?

Whatever source you have, make sure it’s just DXM. Coricidin has a high blood pressure version that is only DXM. IMO, it’s the best way to take it at high dose, syrups taste terrible, and DXM will give you stomach discomfort. When I did syrups, I would have nasty syrup tasting burps.
Every time I’ve done DXM, I pretty violently threw up. If you are doing high dose, just go in expecting to throw up a d you’ll be fine after.
It’s an interesting substance at high doses, but I probably would never do it again. I’m not sure what the lower dose effects are, if any.
