old roommate boiled up some plain ground beef, poured it into a spaghetti strainer, took the spaghetti strainer over to the couch and ate the ground beef out of the spaghetti strainer

I’m sorry but I refuse to believe this is a real person.

I thought I did, I know meat only meals are all too common, but don’t guys learn to cook at least a little bit? They don’t need to be master chefs, but boiling unseasoned ground beef!?

Nah, I am one of the few dudes in my social circle who know how to cook. Most subsist off some form of frozen foods and prepackaged stuff. Cooking is seen as a girly thing to do, unless it’s m e a t, but even then I haven’t seen most dudes cook meat properly

Yeah that’s honestly a step too far. Like even the guys that only know how to make toast feel like a cultural obligation to know how to cook some forms of meat properly. Like they’re not gonna be making a sunday roast but they’d at least pan fry the ground beef

Someone whose last name is one letter away from bobbert or robertbert dosent sound like a real person either.
