So providing evidence based care to people with severe mental illness is making mud pies? I get why people here are critical of the “therapy industry” as it is populated with sheisters and bad experiences abound, but there are many who do help people suffering from OCD, PTSD etc everyday. A lot, of course. But you can’t buy yourself out of OCD, PTSD, addiction, etc.
