Realism Overhaul for Kerbal Space Program is so cool lol. Everything looks so much better, parts fit better together, have more realistic characteristics because they’re modeled after real-life stuff, the game takes place on Earth now, etc

That being said, it’s much much harder than base game and I keep losing all the menus I need somewhere

Was looking for that menu that lets you build new launch complexes/simulate launches but I literally cannot find it anymore among all the buttons so I can’t test this thing yet lol

Also in my world, the Sino-Soviet split will never happen/never happened and the USSR and PRC have a joint space program okay sicko-wistful

    Assuming you’re playing RP-1, this changed pretty significantly recently. This used to be done in the KSC screen, but the menu to create launch complexes is inside the VAB now.

    This is how you manage LCs. I think it is a part of the “Kerbal Construction Time” mod. You can run simulations from the same window

      I’m playing RP-1 in “science mode” (career but I just gave myself a trillion rubles, uhhhh state funding), just started, have no idea what I’m doing really lol blob-no-thoughts

      Assuming you’re playing RP-1, this changed pretty significantly recently. This used to be done in the KSC screen, but the menu to create launch complexes is inside the VAB now. I think they replaced the old mod which did this entirely. Don’t remember off-hand exactly how it works though.

      I saw this menu just once when the starting screen that told me to build a launch complex opened it for me but I have not seen it since, I have tried everything on the toolbar but I cannot find :(

        There is a chance science mode is just broken. RP-1 includes a mod called “Kerbalism” which completely reworks how science works in the game, and I think they are primarily focused on Career mode. I’ve only tried it in Career and Sandbox mode. In particular, the mechanic of integration, where build/rollout time and costs are impacted by tooling which is purchased with funds (which don’t exist in science mode).
