Not only does it royally fucks us over by essentially legalizing the 12(?)hour workday, it also opens up precedent to expand the shitty app work model to other types of work. Just one more step towards completely eliminating worker’s rights without the battle to remove the CLT. (for context: its our labour protection law system, and we fought hard for it)
The import tax also fucks me, I used to do some electronics and computer repair/building on the side. No longer possible at all to buy parts and tools with those crazy taxes, and no viable alternative on the horizon. Theres simply NO local industry and no plans to industrialize, we will soon be back to contrabanding stuff from Paraguay to be able to afford anything at all. Thats also something Bolsonaro was trying and failing through his term.
