My parents almost entirely the same. They at least walk the walk on the pro-life thing and vote for universal healthcare and anti-war candidates too sometimes (in addition to the charity and volunteering they do). But they mostly check the R box at the end of the day because of the fetuses. It could definitely be much worse. I’m almost positive they both voted third part in 2020 after almost assuredly voting Trump in 2016, but I do think Bernie might have been able to get them both times.
