Also I bet this guy was frothing at the mouth during the racist meltdown over the dastardly orientals purchasing land around Travis AFB (it was actually white billionaires). You don’t get to demand another country to open up while you’re at this exact moment having lawmakers demanding to banish them from your own markets. And hey, maybe China would be more receptive to foreign investment right now if the west didn’t have a history of invading them and massacring civilians, then stealing artifacts that they refuse to return to this day, then having their KMT comprador lapdogs do the same.
