yeah no this isn’t a thing and never will be. Carfentanil is the only analog even capable of being deployed like this and it was only used once by Russia in an enclosed space under extremely controlled conditions.
it would be suicidal to just randomly deploy exotic (and i mean fucking EXOTIC) chemical weapons that amount to an unpredictable and shitty version of nerve gas that won’t even be guaranteed lethal.
Hamas and Hezbollah are not going to escalate like that. Israel on the other hand has already openly discussed using weapons of mass destruction so maybe this is projection.

It would also be stupidly expensive and impractical. There’s plenty of more logical ways to gas someone if they wanted to go that route. The mere mention of fentanyl is enough to KO an amerikkkan cop but there’s not much to recommend it beyond that
