All Non-Executive Employees shall participate in a tournament (hereafter referred to as “Battle Royale”) wherein the last standing participant will be eligible to receive a Yearly Bonus, whose content is determined by the Executives in accordance with Section 14.2 of the present Code.

The rules and regulations are determined by the Executives in a separate Rulebook.
These rules must ensure equality among all participants and the protection of the Company’s interests and public image. They must exclude intentional death, unanesthesied removal of limbs and the diffusion of a recording of or about Battle Royal to parties outside the Company.
