Been in a real mood to keep focusing on my hobbies especially with how much political shit is going on. For a while I was in denial about being adhd even though I am diagnosed lol. But recently since I stopped drinking and stopped focusing on skateboarding its really hitting me how much I just screwed up my life being so disfuncional.

I really dont like psychiatrists so online prescriptions is something Im going for. Ive been taking Wellbutrin for the last month, which at this point I feel like has helped me stop eating a depressing amount of sugar. About to hit them up for Strattera when I get paid tomorrow. Will also go to Walgreens to get Sudafed, (Pseudoephedrine) is a weak stimulant and technically classed under amphetamines .

Then theres saffron (yeah the seasoning) can also be dosed to help adhd apparently lol.

Finally the amino acid tyrosine has been found to help but theres a tolerance build up so Id have to cycle it if it even works https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3300376

If there’s anything else you guys can suggest that would be great cheers

i have ADHD + OCD and i’m on adderall, prozac, and recently started guanfacine. the combo’s definitely helping me a good degree locking in with studies, hobbies, and being more social. adderall gives me motivation, guanfacine helps direct it, and prozac numbs OCD/depression

i should probably be more careful with the drinking part. i had like 9 beers at a party while on all those pills. the hangover was long, but somehow not too bad? just felt a little high for a couple days. i’m a college student new to serious drinking

No problem! Hope it works out of you do try it. Looks like there are quite a few interactions to look out for which sucks but if it works well might be worth trying. If you drink, though, I know that can be a tough one to try to curb. I don’t know if I’d be ready to give it up myself
