So basically, the way to change things from the inside is work your way to the top and then resign. Seems like a lot of work.

Resignations only worked when the Republicans had shame. Now the only path is balls to the wall resistance. Make them do all the things, likely illegally, and hope we can tie it up in court until after the midterms. Even that may be overly optimistic.
