Sew the headphones into the ushanka
Get some cheap wireless earbuds. Great for wearing hats that cover your ears.
Pretty sure I’ve seen ushankas with them built in on Russian sites
I’ve absolutely worn headphones over my ushanka
Maybe you can wear them over the headphones, tho
