/r/antiwar has been under constant attack by redditors who come in and post pro-war propaganda. I remember seeing it start, and I tried to engage the moderators about it, but nothing happened, so I unsubscribed.
My personal theory is that the popularity of Bernie phonebanking campaign on Reddit in 2015-2016 really marked a new phase where state actors and corporate interests began to flood the site to sway public narrative and to subtly advertise their products through community engagements.

Yeah the mods have been absent the whole time and the NAFO dog fucker freaks took over a couple of months ago
Still no mods, so they don’t have complete control but they keep spamming atrocity propaganda and drowning out any other post
Well, I unsubscribed to both /r/antiwar and /r/endlesswar when they were absolutely flooding both subs, and pretty much stopped using Reddit.
So, they won.
