1 year agoYes! Often, if I’m feeling pent up anxiety, it’s because I’ve spent too long being inactive. Doing something strenuous, whether it be an fun active excursion, or just some chores around the house to the point of exhaustion, eases my mind. Movement is so important for mental health.
