How do you get a “straight adaptation”? Doesn’t the story involve certain player actions to reach a good ending where everyone ends up alive?

As I recall there are some fake out moments which make future choices hard to get the good outcome.

So would 1984 (which I have read) and maybe Fahrenheit 451 (which I have not read) be banned?

It’s as if one major atrocity against a whole religious group gives the world free rein to ignore their actions. Just because a group is targeted for genocide does not mean they themself cannot do anything morally wrong.

This is the equivalency of someone walking into a store, being politely asked to wear a mask and holding a tiny piece of paper saying they don’t have to.

No shock here. A majority of the world is on a stance of “anything/anyone against the state of Israel is antisemitism”. This is such a false equivalency. Just because something/someone is against what the government of Israel, does not mean it/they are hateful towards the Jewish people. Hell, making such an equivalency is placing actually Jewish people in an unintended hate group.
