9·1 year agoUnfortunately there’s still a lack of scientific investigation, and what he do have is largely indecisive. BBC article discussing the absurdity of trans sport bans. Does he even know any trans athletes by name? There are so few that it’s news when someone does well, such as in the article it mentions Rachael/Ivy was harassed for her victory, despite losing against Wagner so many times before. Seems like some form of confirmation bias to me.
Reuters article, abc article, paper on hormone therapy effects for athletes. Based on the material it should be apparent that there isn’t sufficient scientific evidence to justify bans on transgender athletes, unless the sport in question offers notable advantages.
Ukraine requested support however, something I don’t expect to see from Cypriots. Not really much reason to break the UN peace, that wouldn’t go down well with the more pleasant countries.
Maybe it’s unnecessary when Erdoganopoulos is still around
Cyprus isn’t NATO though? Would be nice if the EU had a more aggressive stance against Türkiye at least.
