  • I meant knowledge wise. Many people in technical industries lack the ability to diagnose issues because they don’t have a true understanding of what they actually do. They follow diagnostic trees or subscribe to what I call “the rain dance” method where they know something fixes a problem but they didn’t really know why. If you mention anything outside of their small reality they will refuse to acknowledge it’s existence.

It looks like a knockoff singer electric on top. Probably a K-Mart or Sears. I could be wrong as there are so many singer models out there. Not that those are bad per se, but parts aren’t always interchangeable with singer.

I have the legs from one of those to tables attached to an old door to make a big table. I used a 1x8 to brace it underneath.

If you look at thrift stores you can find sewing machine tables where the sewing machine folds in and it just looks like a normal table. There worth $10-$20 if it has the pedal. Don’t buy a sewing machine without the pedal because they cost as much as a good used sewing machine with one.

  • Was anybody under the impression that it wasn’t just account harvesting? It’s been that way for years. All of the default subs have been that way for a long time. The biggest clue is when you see the same post on multiple different subs at the same time. Just have your bot swarm upvote posts so that they take off under hot and you’re good.

  • The Eustachian tube goes between the middle ear and back of the throat and is there to equalize the air pressure in your middle ear. When you yawn or swallow it opens. That’s why yawning pops your ears when you’re in an airplane. Often children’s Eustachian tubes so not develope and they have chronic issues with fluid in the middle ear that can’t drain, so they will have “tubes” installed in their eardrum which allows fluid to drain out of the middle ear into the ear canal.

I currently haven’t been able to hear for 3 weeks because of trapped fluid due to some kind of sinus issue. The problem is that the snot gets thicker as it sits in there so it won’t drain out. Hopefully it resolves on it’s own, but I may have to have my eardrum sliced open and have it sucked out.
