Step 1: Propagandize your satellites into hating a specific country (Russia)

Step 2: Provoke said country by crossing red lines until you force an aggressive response

Step 3: Paint said country as the aggressor to all your satellites and convince your satellites that they are threatened by said country

Step 4: Use sabotage to disrupt or sever trade between your satellites and said country to further remove any reason for your satellites to retain friendly relations with said country

Step 5: Prod your satellites into expending all their military assets against said country until they have nothing left for even basic self-defense.

Step 6: Market your military hardware to your satellites.

Step 7: ???

Step 8: Profit.
