You are not logged in. If you use a Fediverse account that is able to follow users, you can follow this user.
You don’t have to use an extension to do it, but some find it easier to do than finding it in settings.
The same is true for Firefox.
Thank you, now I don’t need to pay Amazon to remove the ads which never change anyways.
