  • And she didn’t. And mostly men around america make it a massive political issue. I’m not condoning the length of time it took her to decide.

But I’m also not conding your response saying she had x amount of time, avoiding my inquiry about the ability to not be a good parent. What’s worse? A small amount of time for a fetus, or a lifetime when the kid boils to death in the car cause mommy wanted to go shopping?

Quit wishing misery on birthed children all in the name of a life. It doesn’t work that way.

If it was her body her choice, and she had education about it, or possibly free access to birth control, this might not have been a story. Sadly, it seems America is walking backwards with women’s reproductive rights.

I’m not going to get worked up about a woman aborting her fetus for whatever reason. Make all other options more attainable and then it’s a conversation to have, but not really. If I found out my wife would have a higher than average statistical chance of dying while giving birth, she could make her choice. My preference would be, let’s just try for another and hope it doesn’t put her life at more risk.

This isn’t the case here, but how about we throw pitchforks at the penis that impregnated this young woman? It does take 2.

  • I’ve always just enjoyed having drinks with Lenny regardless of the social media apps I used. He is a pretty good guy, doesn’t judge much which is great for conversations.

Funny enough, while having a few duffs with Lenny, we got to discussing reddits recent changes to 3rd party APIs and we both agreed it was going to be a bad discision long term. So Lenny started talking about Lemmy, and said I should check it out. I did once my reddit 3rd party app didn’t work. So it was actually Lenny that converted me to Lemmy. He’s a swell guy.

  • Sorry to hear about your experience and the loss of your friend. That sounds like a pretty rough time.

It’s amazing how much we repend on the sense of smell, but when it isn’t working it throws everything off.

My favourite smell was being able to once again smell the perfume my wife always wears, Inish. All the memories of how we first met and made a life together just flooded into my brain immediately.

  • My balls got really wet on the weekend with her too. That’s called squirting.

What we are discussing here is climate change, and how it affects us.

Just kidding, about the above. I used an umbrella. Didn’t get wet at all.

/S Will I get banned for this? I don’t even know the rules. Just trying to have a laugh.

Easy. Pretend you need to barf.

    Switch light to red.

Kneel down, drive the procelein bus and pee as you pretend to need to get sick

You will still go to bed with those racing thoughts of cleanup. Or your downstairs neighbor will bang on your door, but your retinas will still tell your brain you are seeing a bright light.

Jesus Christ you plebs! Buy a toilet light that is motion sensored to illuminate the bowl to whatever colour you want.

No need to turn on the lights.

I don’t suggest changing the light to red either. Also, I do not suggest putting it to the rear of the toilet.

Just pee to the side of the toilet while you watch the light.

It’s much better than turning on the light, peeing to the side of the toilet, and then going back to bed being kept up by wondering if you clean stuff up now or first thing in the morning.

This hits really hard for someone that experienced multiple years of anosmia.

Somebody would say something smells bad, and it really bothered me that I couldn’t smell it.

Then when I started regaining a sense of smeel (post surgery) the smells I was able to pick up were always bad. The first time I could smell nice things like cooking, or perfume, I was elated.

Going from, I ate meat that was off because I couldn’t smell it was off or really taste it, to being able to smell cooking was amazing. I will never take the sense of smell for granted ever again.
