So this is where I’m confused because if I (an American citizen and resident) move to Japan, I can still vote. If I move to Puerto Rico, does that mean I can no longer vote?

I know someone who has been living abroad for 25+ years and he still votes in every election. I’m not sure if there is a time limit, but it seems to be long if there is.

It would make more sense to move to Ohio or Pennsylvania to try to swing them back to Blue.

I was a low level IT guy many years ago and had worked for the company for about 4 years. There was a sales guy also named Bob that I would help out a few times a year. It was a small company, around 50 employees, and every year at the company Christmas party sales guy Bob would come up to me and say “I don’t think we’ve met, I’m Bob”.

That pissed me off, but it is the only time I can remember where I was upset someone didn’t remember my name.

Obviously the first step is to stop smoking yesterday. You can buy test strips off of Amazon. I’d recommend getting those and then testing yourself as soon as you get them. And for the next several weeks you should have a huge container of water in your hands at all times and constantly drinking (and peeing). Once a week you should test yourself and if you are still showing positive when it is time for your test then you may want to see if you can postpone (like, maybe an out of town uncle died or something).

The problem is that you have governments like the Taliban in Afghanistan, pre-9/11, destroying ancient statues, trying to erase the history they don’t agree with.

Instead of returning stolen antiquities, countries that are currently in possession of them should be required to send an equivalent value of their own country’s treasure to be displayed in the victim country’s museums.

Imagine having to go to Egypt to see the crown jewels of England.
