Most people evolve and figure out what works for discipline and what doesn’t.
Others just beat the shit out of everyone who annoys them including their own kids, and then wonder why those kids grow up to either be massive douchebags, or cut contact with their parents as soon as they can.
Our water bill is included in the rent, the amount we use doesn’t affect it, so I could do that. I don’t because why would I, but I could.
However, on a couple occasions I have opened just the hot water tap in the bathroom and let it run for 15 minutes, doors open, to steam up the air. It was winter, very cold, and air moisture content was like 15%, extremely dry.

In some countries you must submit a letter of resignation a few weeks or months in advance, otherwise you don’t get resignation bonuses and your employer might even take you to court for lost productivity. Of course, this only applies to people who are simply quitting for personal reasons.

Everything you’ve mentioned is done either by taxi, or by delivery guys with a van. It’s not the US, elderly people can call an ambulance to go to a hospital, they don’t need to pay for Uber while having a heart attack.
US spends more on healthcare per capita than any other country. The reason why you can’t afford medical bills is because of for-profit health insurance companies. They pocket billions every year.

Chernobyl was a freak incident and it happened fourty years ago. We don’t build reactors like that anymore. Don’t use it as an example of something that happens all the time.
Meanwhile, wind turbines do fail, sometimes they catch on fire, sometimes while a worker is doing maintenance up top.
Don’t get me wrong, renewable power is wonderful and solar is really catching up but it’s not a miracle and they’ll never entirely replace other energy sources. There’s always a base load that needs to be satisfied, and nuclear is the cleanest, safest way to do it. It’s even safer than lithium batteries.
Looks like they’re vegetarian but not vegan, because flavouring includes milk.
Ok, and what’s your point? Some people don’t get the same opportunities, therefore they should all move to countries which are doing well? What are they going to do once they arrive? Most of them are uneducated, don’t know the language and don’t have any valuable skills. How are they going to survive in these crowded, overpriced cities?
They can’t all live on welfare payments.
That’s why I support helping their home countries develop, funding education and healthcare, sharing agricultural and manufacturing knowledge. It’ll be better for everyone if they turn their poor countries into developed economies.
