Whatever happened after the frutiger aero days. Everything after that era of design is just a shitty solid color with maybe a gradient color if the design team is feeling particularly zesty. Back then, UI’s were designed to be cozy and comfortable. Now it’s just stiff and professional.

Honestly, makes me scared for the future. What kind of other insanely invasive bullshit will they introduce in the future all in the name of “b-but think of the children!”

The worst part is, you KNOW they’re gonna sit there and hassle individuals for not complying and hit you with “Oh, so what, you don’t care about the kids? This is to protect the kids, Timmy! The KIDS!!!”
