As someone who owns the cheapest version of the game witch was still 60 USD I believe and was told be friends that EOD edition was not pay to win but pay for convince this is disgusting.

Sure you may not be paying to win a fight but you are paying for a very clear advantage over everyone who did not buy. Because sure if you buy the best version etc but can’t shoot a gun or have any game knowledge you will lose against the one who is just inherently better. But that does not excuse the clear advantage you get. I guess it’s just a term that is used. Because “winning” could be seen very different in many games. EX winning in a looter shooter is getting to OP levels. So when you pay to get a battle pass that gives you weapons, upgrade modules, etc you are paying to win. (Destiny does this)
Edit: cracks me up when my one friend hits me with “I’m out of stash space” he even bought the extra rows mtx…
