I think Ontario pushed Sunday’s weather onto Quebec. In Southwest Ontario it was partly cloudy but you could see the eclipse and totality for the whole time just fine:

It was perfect out here in NB as well. Stunningly clear all day. A nice change from the “oops I guess you missed it” weather that happens so often.
