It is just an application/framework to generate static websites. I guess you can self host the websites, but… It’s like saying notepad.exe is self hosted. This was just an example, but I saw several such cases.

Hugo for example. It is just an application/framework to generate static websites. I guess you can self host the websites, but…

This was just an example, but I saw several such cases.
