Anyone ever read a book called “Acid Detroit”? I picked it up thinking it was going to be about psychedelic culture in Detroit. In some ways it was, but it was mostly some retired radio DJ writing a history of Detroit through a communist lens. I’m the target audience for that book, but I wonder what kinds of other people bought it and were like “what is this commie Nazi ruZZian crap?”
Anyway, it was a neat read, and it referenced theory
