    Everyone knows a bunch of people who have become realtors over the past few years. My low effort conspiracy theory is that blackstone and other corporations have also bought real estate companies and are pushing for new people in the game so they have fresh eyes and are less likely to see how fucky it is, and they will have that new “hunger” and be encouraged to not look into the sales.
