edit: to be more specific, looking for something with that “Heart of Darkness” decent into madness vibe

    You might like Drakengard 1 in that case, The gameplay is awful to the point of maddening and the mc starts out pretty mad before descending from there. not to mention the soundtrack.

    I cant really describe why I like it if its arguably objectively bad, but you wont find anything else quite like it.
