you should provide the motherboard part number in case others had the exact same issue.
With mine, there was a setting in my asrock board’s BIOS that stated turn on for social media or something like that. I don’t quite recall what was the intended function for that setting, but after about 3-4 years of that happening, that’s what fix the issue for me.

Everything is disabled in BIOS that would potentially wake it up. Gigabyte B550 x v2 gaming.
