It’s very possible United is the last PL club without proper Data Analytics at this point, though I don’t know about Luton to be fair. Many of the even smaller-to-medium size teams are Statsbomb customers now. Brentford, Brighton, Liverpool and Arsenal have their own proprietary departments and algorithms. Man City hired Laurie Shaw a couple of years ago to build one for them. I had hoped something had changed at Utd but I suppose nothing really should be expected to happen without new owners.

That was hilarious timing. Though if I remember correctly those were the people who hadn’t ordered a single scout report on Nkunku while he was available so you know, maybe not a massive loss in the end.
