One of those countries has no worries at all about sovereignty, the other not so much.

Yeah its like the difference between saying ‘I hope Britain won’t be a country anymore’ and ‘I hope Ukraine won’t be a country anymore’. One of those countries has no worries at all about sovereignty, the other not so much.
