I’m pretty sure that Section 9, Subsection 5a, Paragraph 2 of Policy Framework On Appropriate Engagement Of Community: Standards, Guidelines And Procedures prohibits the informal polling of the community, except under circumstances where prior approval has been granted by all relevant departmental heads and an adequate explanation for why this was necessary and appropriate has been submitted via Form C-55191 (Community Consultation Authority Request Form B - Informal And Ad Hoc Consultations)

Did you file the correct forms to post here? Title 57, Section 2009, Subsection 1z, Paragraph 27 of the Manual of Posting Policy clearly stats that there’s a non-refundable $0.23 charge to post in this thread, and I’ve received no such check in the mail.

That’s a departmental failure that I cannot be held responsible for.

Kindly refer to my prior email regarding our previous discussion on the matter of adhering to all relevant government legislation regarding the provision of goods and/or services which incur fees and the necessity of establishing a clear fee structure to the customer upon entering the thread which they must agree to as Terms of Service prior to commenting, without which you will be liable for a class-action lawsuit and penalties as established by regulatory agencies.
