As the main base of this site, we, the users, must call for Carcosa to rescind their resignation immediately.
It is apparent to me that they are a widely beloved admin, and from the 2 or 3 times I have interacted with them, it is obvious why that is the case. Their approach to the administration and moderation of this site is admirable, and I worry we will be lost without them.
As has been stated in other threads, if they feel stepping away is for their own well-being, we must respect that decision and simply thank them for their excellent service to the site.
That said, please join me in showing our appreciation and admiration for Carcosa.

Please do not resign @[email protected]. My brief interaction with you earlier this year was overwhelmingly positive and meant a lot to me because I think this site and the associated cytube mean more to me than I care to admit.
Additionally, these recent decisions seemed to be the initiative of multiple users, and you simply presented their will to us - I feel we have not heard the full story.
Thank you for all you’ve done here and I genuinely hope you will reconsider in favor of continuing.
