The truth is even more nefarious. BOTH parties are at war with the homeless.

Which right wingers run Portland, Boston, and LA? They’re arresting homeless people in Portland, Boston, and LA too you know?

Can we finally admit that we have two right wing parties or do we need to be in prison camps with a gay minority president before people will finally start looking past identity politics?

That’s good. I’ll actually read it now. Thanks for the heads up. I’m so used to identity politics on here that I just expected they were engaging in it since it’s the default here.

It’s certainly the default from articles you post.

I call it as I see. You’re a notorious DNC establishment-biased poster. I’ve had LOTS of arguments with you about it where I called you out on it. I could link to the hundreds of articles you posted to support my statement if you’d like but all people need to do to check my statement would be to look at your posts.

That is just a lie. I am a socialist.

I’m also a realist. I don’t expect to get my pony.

As W.C. Fields once said, “I never vote for, only against.”

You’re the type of yuppie, out-to-brunch, poser “socialists” that consistently posts hundreds of articles in full throated support of anti-single payer, genocidal, pro-police militarization, racist, brazenly corrupt, hyper-capitalist demagogues with a D next to their name. Just because you’re anti-Trump doesn’t mean you DESERVE that pony.

I’m actually a socialist and I might have cast a vote for Harris if I lived in Texas (but probably not since I’m in an all blue state) and I have some advice for you: The best way to not look like a fake socialist, hypocrite is not to voice your support for this sham two party system. Don’t support the absolute mockery of democracy that the DNC just forced down our throats, running out the clock on the possibility of a primary in order to force us to support either a candidate with obvious, severe dementia or a politically impotent liar with a career filled with pandering and corruption over Trump. For the record: You clearly fell right in line if we look back at the posts you made before they switched to Kamala. You were like, “I know he has dementia but we have to band together and vote for this puppet made of barely-animated bones and flesh lest we get TRRRRRUMP.”

You could have just avoided posting these identity politics drenched articles but you did post them. Then you went on to defend the article and fight with fellow socialists (like myself) telling the truth, calling the Dems corrupt in the comments.

The Cicero Institute also advocates legislation allowing new private prisons to enter the market and empowering governors to circumvent elected attorneys general by appointing “special prosecutors” to combat “public lawlessness.”

And there we have the actual key to all of this.

The goal is to reinstitute Victorian workhouses, updated for the modern age of private prisons and officially-sanctioned slave labor.

That’s it - nothing more. It’s not even an attempt at anything like an actual solution to the growing problem of homelessness - it’s only and entirely that wealthy psychopaths like Lonsdale see homeless people as a resource that’s not currently being exploited and that they want to exploit. Entirely in order to further their own wealth and privilege, they want to imprison these human beings and make them into slaves.
