Oh damn cool. Feels like ages since they announced it. Looking forward to trying it.

Oh wait is it actually releasing this decade?
Anyone have any good links on what he has done for the country and all? I am curious and yall seem fairly on point with information to back things up.
Curious to see the homeless vs. Vacant house on a district/county/state level.
I was gonna say I was still waiting for a seaman 2, but apparently it existed in Japan. Still, with AI bullshit being all the rage I could see it make a comeback.
Ah thanks I can’t fuckin read lol.
80% say yes, and yet also a majority says no. Got it
Damn that’s a lot of links. Thanks!
Did I miss the part where he talks about cooperation with other countries and what that looks like? Cuz I only saw him praising China and stuff. Which like whatever, but I was interested in what the model of cooperation was and how they plan to work with other countries to build them up instead of exploit them like the US.
OOT had enemies with AI that seemed impressive at the time, it was the first 3D Zelda game, and graphics were impressive at the time so flashy & a big upgrade for sure. Also, definitely a large open world for the time, even if it was cheated with past/future being able to reuse some map, it worked for making it seem large, and you were free to go in whatever order and such.
As I responded to your other post, I may have misremembered BotW being more metroidvania due to TotK.
Maybe I’m just thinking of TotK which definitely was, thought you gained upgrades to the skills and stuff as you went to the mechs but it’s been ages and TotK is fresher in my mind. So idk.
I’m talking about gameplay and not story? I don’t know how you can look at game that got big because it was flashy, a big upgrade, good “AI”, in a large open world metroidvania, and say that is nothing like BotW.
Like yeah, BotW added more shit cuz… duh? Just like OoT added more to the game compared to previous Zelda games because 3D.
I think that depends on what you think of as a Zelda game. I think it’s not very similar to a link to the past; however I think it expands on much of what made ocarina of time a successful game, while still innovating.
Them at Supernova last year. Good shit.
Ska is a pretty diverse genre, if you list some genres/bands she likes you may get some better examples. Also it’s like 3am so I’m posting so I can do this later.
Big edit time:
Ok so, if you want current stuff I would check out Bad Time Records: https://badtimerecords.bandcamp.com/artists
They’ve got a pretty good selection of stuff, and most of those bands are still playing shows regularly if that’s a thing you’re into.
Assuming you want fairly normal stuff I’d suggest JER, Catbite, and Kill Lincoln, but check out all the artists on that page for various different styles.
If you want older stuff, you’ve got original stuff (60’s) like the Skatalites, Boots & the Maytals, the Ethiopians, etc. a lot more reggae like.
You can get into two-tone (a lot of what’s been suggested already, 80’s stuff) with Selector, Madness, the Specials, Bad Manners, etc. a bit more chill than newer stuff, but definitely in what’s more defined as ska and less reggae than traditional stuff.
Or the Third Wave was a lot more poppy late 90’s stuff. Big popular bands like Reel Big Fish, Less Than Jake, Goldfinger, No Doubt, etc. Plenty of other good bands like Blue Meanies, Fishbone, Operation Ivy, Catch 22, etc.
Plenty of Skacore bands, mix in a bit of heavier stuff like Folly, Flaming Tsunamis, Best of the Worst.
Punk ska bands like Against All Authority, the Fad, Omnigone, Stuck Lucky, etc.
Plenty of punk bands that flirt with Ska like the Flatliners, NoFX, etc.
Japanese Ska like Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, Oreskaband, Potshot, Free Kick, S.M.N., etc.
Fun note is that I saw another today and was like oh right there’s a reason we don’t make perfectly flat panels… it’s EXTREMELY obvious when they’re not exactly perfect because the reflections show off every deformation. Of which there’s a LOT of. And like… why a like brushed stainless steel deformed panel. Dear god every time I see one I laugh.
Won’t someone think of all the poor collusion and inflation these affordable and well made cars would harm!
Just when other major companies were set to adopt the standard based on Tesla’s supercharger they manage to absolutely fuck everything up.
Yeah but where does BDG place it
